Mastering the Art of Julia’s Cooking

The end of the holiday season hit me hard  to the point that I'm not eating or sleeping much. I think I've lost my excitement for food, the thrill that I get every time I think about cooking, researching several recipes, and taking something from one and and from the other to make food I can proudly say I cooked. In the end, sometimes I hit it out of the park and I execute the recipes to perfection but sometimes, it's a fail. It wasn't worth the mess I made and the million pots and pans I used or the time it took to properly clean up my small, cluttered kitchen.

But at least I tried and had fun! That makes the whole thing worth it, right? Right?
